LS Planning Pty Ltd based in Melbourne Victoria was established by Lorraine Stupak. Lorraine has a B.A – Urban Studies, Masters in Business.

Lorraine is a town planner and corporate member of the Planning Institute of Australia with over 25 years experience in planning in both local government and the private sector. She has extensive experience in planning, development control and VCAT representation. Lorraine continues to advise Local Planning Authorities on planning and development control and management issues and deals with planning applications, appeals and enforcement case work on an interim basis. Her knowledge and expertise is reflected in the quality of advice she is able to provide her clients and her customer service focus will ensure that your case is managed in an effective manner. Lorraine is joined by other planners, architects, arboriculturalists, consultants and experts who will ensure that your development successfully navigates the planning process.

Lorraine’s versatility will be an invaluable asset to your project. With her local government experience Lorraine has nurtured stronglinks with the public sector as well as gained approvals for a wide range of development projects, in metropolitan and rural areas.

Her strategic planning projects have included industrial to residential developments, public use to residential for a local social housing project and review of municipal strategic statements. Lorraine's expert witness skills are also highly valued as an expert with integrity.
